Project Coordinator / Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic tele-caller to join our real estate team. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors, recreational land seekers, and families interested in farmland. Your role will involve guiding them through our offerings, addressing inquiries, and assisting in closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, including investors, individuals looking for recreational lands, and families seeking farmland.
• Provide detailed information about the company’s real estate listings, highlighting the scenic, lush green, hilly areas, and peaceful environment.
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences.
• Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads.
• Answer client queries related to property features, prices, and locations.
• Schedule meetings or property viewings for interested clients.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Record and maintain accurate customer interaction details in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in tele calling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients and handle objections effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and properties.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local real estate markets, especially in scenic and peaceful locations.
• Fluency in (English, Hindi, Kannada).
